ACCESS Village will be a first-of-its-kind “pocket neighborhood” where individuals with developmental disabilities canLive, Work, and Play. We aim to establish an innovative community that fosters dynamic partnerships, provides fulfilling employment opportunities, and supports a vibrant array of recreational activities to enrich the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

A Village in the Making
The ACCESS Village is a multi-phase development

Property Acquisition -Complete
ACCESSpurchased the properties at 7801-7814 T Street, the former Miss Selma’s campus and adjacent commercial spaces. This acquisition was the first step in transforming the site into ACCESS Village.

Current Program Relocation -Complete
ACCESStransitioned some of its existing programs to the property, including ACCESS Life, which now calls the
Village home.

Phase 1: Gym Renovation -In Progress
ACCESS iscurrently renovating the existing gym space on the property to create three Village Labs:

• Independence Lab– daily living skills
  
• Enterprise Lab– vocational exploration
  
• Leisure Lab– social & recreational opportunities
  

This phase also includes therenovation of additional office spacesfor growing our team.

Future Phases: Village Development -Dependent on Future Funding
As funding grows, so will the Village. Planned features include:
