Bailey Moll is running for Constable of Big Rock Township in Pulaski County. As Constable, Bailey will focus on three main priorities: voter participation, being a community helper, and empowering residents to advocate for their communities. In 2007, Governor Mike Beebe signed a law into place requiring strict training and minimum standards for uniforms and duty vehicles. This law helps prevent “rogue constables” from getting in the way of full-time, trained law enforcement officers.
"The need for a Constable in Pulaski County to serve as a law enforcement officer has expired. Pulaski County is home to numerous professional local, county and state law enforcement agencies. It is important that whoever is elected respects the professionals, and stays out of their way. Yet, the position of Constable is constitutionally mandated. I believe that the position can be best utilized as a community helper." -Bailey Moll
