First, thank you again for supporting my campaign for Arkansas Secretary of State in 2021 - 2022. Your encouragement meant the world to me, and I’ll always be grateful for the trust you placed in me.
While on the campaign trail across Arkansas, I had the chance to get to know another candidate named James Russell. I found him to be an honest man of character and integrity – someone who genuinely listens to people and treats everyone with respect. He has been a consistent ally and supporter of women, minorities, LGBTQIA, and immigrant communities.

James is now running for Congress in Arkansas’s 4th District against Bruce Westerman. Westerman votes in near-total lockstep with his party – even signing the brief to overturn the 2020 election – and despite being an engineer and forester, he’s repeatedly opposed climate protections and clean-energy measures that would keep Arkansas families safe and healthy and support new industries. He’s become more present in Washington than here at home.

James is the opposite: a grassroots organizer, small business owner, and mental health advocate who is deeply rooted in his community. He shows up, listens, and works for everyday Arkansans – not party leaders in D.C.
