The Louisiana Legislature’sSpecial Session begins today at 2pm— and it’s clear: this unnecessary session is a waste of taxpayer dollars while the Supreme Court has yet to rule on fair maps.
But make no mistake — the fight for fair representation in Louisiana is far from over.
At3pm today, theSenate Governmental Affairs Committeewill meet, andyour voice needs to be heard. Join us at the Capitol to stand up forfair maps and fair elections.
