As a parent of three children in the Conway School District, I understand firsthand the diverse needs of our students—my own kids span a range of abilities, from gifted to special needs. My experience as a foster parent has deepened my commitment to supporting every child, no matter their background or challenges.
Professionally, I am a CPA with more than 20 years of financial leadership across multiple industries, including large organizations. Through directing complex projects, I am familiar managing lots of moving pieces and creating order out of chaos. This background gives me a unique point of view on budgeting, risk management, and strategic planning—skills I bring to every decision I make.

I have attended Conway school board meetings consistently, staying engaged with the issues that matter most to our families. As a board member in a local non-profit, I’ve worked to strengthen our community and support programs that make a difference.

As a senior leader, I am dedicated to setting a clear direction and executing with success. My approach is rooted in collaboration, transparency, and a steadfast commitment to meeting the needs of all students. I believe in planning for the future, ensuring Conway Public Schools remain a place where every child can thrive.

I am running for the school board because I believe in servant leadership and want to bring stability, support, and vision to a district that matters deeply to me and my family.
